    Place a large skillet over medium-high heat on the stove and add 1 tbsp of olive oil. Heat for 1 minute until shimmering.

    Add 1.33 lbs of ground turkey to the hot skillet. Break the meat apart with a wooden spoon and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and no pink remains.
