We built Lila because we were told it's “just aging or stress.”

Super Helpful
I came across this app on Instagram and love it. The AI function gives great tips and being able to see how my meal choices score is helping me to eat better. I'm in menopause and the scale has not budged in a year until now. It doesn't solve every problem (nothing will) but I do feel a lot better.
