    On one side of the baking sheet, spread out the cherry tomatoes and sliced red bell pepper. Drizzle with half of the olive oil and season with salt and dried Italian herb. Roast for 15 to 20 minutes, until the tomatoes are blistered and jammy, and the peppers are tender. Let them cool slightly.
